Terms and Conditions for Professionals
These terms and conditions govern the use of the MrJobr platform by professionals. By using the platform, the professional agrees to be bound by these terms.
Article 1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
1.1 Account: The professional’s personal profile granting access to the MrJobr services.
1.2 Advertisement: A job post or request for services created by a client on the platform.
1.3 Terms and Conditions: These terms, irrespective of their format or presentation.
1.4 Credit: A balance provided by MrJobr that professionals can use to pay for leads.
1.5 Service: The services provided by MrJobr, including access to the platform.
1.6 User: Any individual or entity using the platform, including professionals and clients.
1.7 Lead: The opportunity to establish contact with a client based on an advertisement.
1.8 Lead Fee: The fee a professional is required to pay to access a lead.
1.9 Client: The individual or entity posting a job or requesting services on the platform.
1.10 Agreement: The agreement between MrJobr and the professional, including these terms.
1.11 Profile Page: The professional’s page on the platform displaying their business information, reviews, and completed projects.
1.12 Platform: MrJobr’s digital system, accessible via its website or app, connecting clients and professionals.
1.13 Response: Any message or proposal sent by a professional in reply to an advertisement.
1.14 Professional: An individual or entity offering their services to clients via the platform.
Article 2. General Provisions
2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements and interactions between MrJobr and professionals.
2.2 MrJobr reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. If a professional disagrees with the modifications, they may terminate the agreement before the changes take effect.
2.3 Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are valid only if explicitly agreed upon in writing.
2.4 Any terms and conditions from professionals are explicitly rejected unless agreed upon by MrJobr in writing.
2.5 Once these Terms and Conditions apply to an agreement, they are deemed applicable to all future agreements between the same parties.
2.6 If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. MrJobr will replace any invalid clause with a provision that closely reflects its original intent.
Article 3. Formation of Agreements
3.1 Agreements between MrJobr and professionals can be formed orally, in writing, electronically, or in any other manner accepted by MrJobr.
3.2 The right to withdraw under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code does not apply, as professionals are not classified as consumers.
Article 4. Services Provided
4.1 MrJobr provides a platform that connects clients and professionals for service-related tasks. MrJobr only facilitates these connections and is not liable for the actions or inactions of users.
4.2 MrJobr may adjust or terminate its services at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to inform users of significant changes in advance.
4.3 MrJobr compiles its platform content with great care, but the information (such as advertisements and reviews) originates from users, who are responsible for its accuracy and legality. MrJobr is not liable for inaccuracies or omissions in user-provided content.
4.4 MrJobr does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of its platform or the absence of errors, viruses, or unauthorized access by third parties.
Article 5. Maintenance and Availability of the Platform
5.1 MrJobr reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, updates, or other necessary adjustments. Professionals will not be entitled to any form of compensation for downtime.
5.2 While MrJobr strives to maintain platform functionality and minimize disruptions, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
Article 6. Professional Responsibilities and Information Accuracy
6.1 Only individuals or entities specializing in providing professional services may register as professionals on the platform. Temporary employment agencies or similar businesses are not permitted.
6.2 Professionals must ensure that all information provided (e.g., name, address, phone number, and email) is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
6.3 Professionals guarantee that they:
(a) Are legally authorized to use the services.
(b) Will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
(c) Are registered with the appropriate authorities or organizations if required.
(d) Meet and maintain MrJobr’s quality standards, as communicated through the platform.
6.4 Any data, such as responses, offers, or project details, provided by the professional via the platform, must comply with MrJobr’s guidelines and applicable laws.
6.5 Professionals may not:
(a) Use the platform for purposes other than obtaining work opportunities.
(b) Post or share unauthorized or irrelevant content.
(c) Attempt to circumvent fees or communicate with clients outside the platform to avoid lead payments.
Article 7. Reviews and Feedback
7.1 Clients may leave reviews and ratings about professionals they have engaged through the platform. These reviews contribute to the professional's profile and reputation on MrJobr.
7.2 Reviews must adhere to MrJobr’s guidelines, including avoiding defamatory, vulgar, or inaccurate content.
7.3 MrJobr is not liable for the content of reviews but reserves the right to remove reviews that violate its terms or are proven to be fraudulent.
7.4 Professionals may respond to reviews to provide context or clarification.
Article 8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 MrJobr processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes using secure systems to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data.
8.2 Professionals agree to the collection and use of their data as outlined in MrJobr’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the platform.
8.3 Professionals are prohibited from using client information obtained through the platform for purposes other than fulfilling work agreements made via MrJobr.
Article 9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 All intellectual property rights related to the platform are owned by MrJobr or its licensors.
9.2 Professionals may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without MrJobr’s explicit written consent.
9.3 Professionals guarantee that any content they provide (e.g., profile details or advertisements) does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Article 10. Suspension and Termination of Accounts
10.1 MrJobr may suspend or terminate a professional's account if:
(a) The professional violates these terms.
(b) Fraudulent or illegal activities are suspected.
(c) The professional’s actions harm the platform or its users.
10.2 Professionals will be notified of the reason for suspension or termination and may dispute the decision via MrJobr’s internal complaint process.
Article 11. Liability
11.1 MrJobr’s liability is limited to direct damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
11.2 MrJobr is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of income or reputational harm.
11.3 The maximum liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the professional to MrJobr in the 12 months preceding the claim, up to a maximum of PHP 25,000.
Article 12. Fees and Payments
12.1 Professionals agree to pay a lead fee for every lead obtained through the platform. The fee will be communicated before the professional accepts the lead.
12.2 Payments must be made within the specified period. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
12.3 MrJobr reserves the right to adjust its pricing or fee structure with prior notice.
Article 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Philippine law.
13.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.

These terms apply to all users who post job requests or engage with professionals via the MrJobr platform.

Article 2. Use of the Platform
2.1 The platform allows clients to:
(a) Post job requests for professional services.
(b) Review professional profiles and choose service providers.
(c) Provide feedback and reviews post-service.
2.2 MrJobr serves solely as a facilitator, connecting clients and professionals. MrJobr is not a party to agreements formed between clients and professionals.
Article 3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients are required to:
(a) Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date job information when posting requests.
(b) Use the platform exclusively for legitimate purposes.
(c) Treat all professionals respectfully and avoid discriminatory or inappropriate language.
3.2 Clients may not:
(a) Post illegal, misleading, or irrelevant job requests.
(b) Use the platform to solicit services outside of its intended purpose.
(c) Engage in fraudulent activities or misuse of the platform.
3.3 Clients are responsible for direct communication with professionals once a connection is made via the platform.
Article 4. Reviews and Ratings
4.1 After completing a project, clients can leave reviews and ratings on the professional's profile.
4.2 Reviews must adhere to platform guidelines, avoiding defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.
4.3 MrJobr reserves the right to remove reviews that violate its terms or are deemed inappropriate.
Article 5. Account Management
5.1 Clients must create an account to post job requests. Accounts are personal and cannot be shared.
5.2 Clients must safeguard their login credentials. Any unauthorized activity should be reported to MrJobr immediately.
5.3 Clients can delete their accounts by contacting MrJobr support or through the account settings on the platform.
Article 6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 MrJobr collects and processes client data in compliance with Philippine data protection laws.
6.2 Client data will be used only for purposes outlined in the platform’s Privacy Policy.
6.3 Clients are prohibited from using professional data (e.g., contact details) obtained via the platform for unsolicited communications or purposes unrelated to the job request.
Article 7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All intellectual property rights associated with the platform belong to MrJobr or its licensors.
7.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written consent from MrJobr.
Article 8. Liability
8.1 MrJobr is not responsible for:
(a) The quality of services provided by professionals.
(b) Damages arising from agreements between clients and professionals.
(c) Any financial losses incurred due to issues with the platform.
8.2 The maximum liability of MrJobr for any claim is limited to PHP 25,000 or the equivalent value of services used within the platform over the past six months.
Article 9. Suspension and Termination
9.1 MrJobr reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client’s account if:
(a) The client violates these terms.
(b) Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
(c) Complaints are raised by professionals about inappropriate client behavior.
9.2 Clients will be informed of any account suspension or termination with reasons provided and may dispute the decision via MrJobr’s internal complaints procedure.
Article 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Philippine law.
10.2 Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Manila, Philippines.

(a) Create and manage their professional profile, showcasing skills, qualifications, and work experience.
(b) Respond to job leads posted by clients.
(c) Engage with clients directly and provide services.
2.2 MrJobr acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee job leads, client engagement, or successful job completions.
Article 3. Professional Responsibilities
3.1 Professionals are required to:
(a) Provide accurate and verifiable information on their profiles.
(b) Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
(c) Deliver services as agreed upon with the client.
3.2 Professionals must not:
(a) Misrepresent qualifications or capabilities.
(b) Use the platform to solicit payments outside of its intended purpose.
(c) Violate any applicable laws or engage in fraudulent activities.
Article 4. Job Leads and Credits
4.1 Access to job leads may require purchasing credits or a subscription.
4.2 Credits or subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.3 Professionals are responsible for tracking their usage and ensuring compliance with the platform’s credit system.
Article 5. Reviews and Ratings
5.1 Clients may leave reviews and ratings based on the services provided by professionals.
5.2 Professionals have the right to respond to client reviews but must maintain a respectful and professional tone.
5.3 MrJobr reserves the right to remove reviews deemed inappropriate or false.
Article 6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Professionals opting for premium features or services will be required to pay a subscription fee.
6.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by the professional at least 7 days before the renewal date.
6.3 Payments for subscriptions or credits are processed securely through MrJobr’s payment gateways.
Article 7. Privacy and Data Use
7.1 MrJobr collects and processes professional data in compliance with Philippine data protection laws.
7.2 Professional data will be used only for purposes outlined in the platform’s Privacy Policy.
7.3 Professionals must not misuse client data for purposes outside the job engagement agreed upon via the platform.
Article 8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All intellectual property rights associated with the platform belong to MrJobr or its licensors.
8.2 Professionals may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written consent from MrJobr.

(b) Solicit services that violate laws or platform guidelines.
(c) Engage in behavior that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Article 4. Reviews and Ratings
4.1 Clients are encouraged to leave honest reviews and ratings based on their experiences with professionals.
4.2 Reviews must adhere to MrJobr’s guidelines, avoiding defamatory, abusive, or false statements.
4.3 MrJobr reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews that breach guidelines.
Article 5. Account and Payments
5.1 Clients can create an account free of charge to access the platform.
5.2 Payments for services are negotiated directly between clients and professionals unless MrJobr implements a payment system in the future.
5.3 Clients are responsible for fulfilling payment obligations agreed upon with professionals.
Article 6. Privacy and Data Use
6.1 MrJobr processes client data in compliance with Philippine data protection laws.
6.2 Client data will be used only for purposes outlined in the platform’s Privacy Policy.
6.3 Clients must respect the privacy of professionals and refrain from misusing contact details obtained via the platform.
